Registration fee for the conference:

Early bird up to 31. Aug 2022: 700,- € (about 785 US$)

Registration after 31. Aug 2022: 800 ,- € (about 900 US$)

The fee inculdes the lectures in the morsning from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (5 days), coffee breaks at the hotel

Registration fee for the optional workshops:

Workshops each 50,- € (incl coffee breaks) = 56 US$

or 5 workshops as a package for 200,- € (incl coffee breaks) = 225 US$

Single:

Euro 240,- all inclusive (!)

Double:

Euro: 270,- all inclusive (!)

Cancellations

In the event of a cancellation received less than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the course starting, a no-show situation or a cancellation during the course, no refunds will be granted.

The Eurasia Veterinary Conference reserves the right to retain 25% of the payment received, if the cancellation has been made more than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to the course.
